Website Fix Sprint terms
TreeFrogAI is a service of NeoNue, operated by Aspir Technologies LLC DBA NeoNue. Effective October 26, 2026. The written scope accepted for your order forms part of these terms.
Scope and price
A sprint is $500 USD, charged once, after we agree scope in writing. It includes a written audit, revised copy for one page, and one agreed website implementation. Full redesigns, custom backends, paid ads, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are excluded unless expressly agreed separately. Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery is within five business days after we receive the required materials and authorized access. We will tell you about missing inputs or a proposed timeline change. The scope must identify the deliverable and an objective acceptance check. You may report a failure to meet that scope for correction. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the payment. Scope changes require a separate written agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, we refund the payment. After work begins, contact us to review delivered work and the remaining scope; we will agree a fair resolution. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply remain available. We do not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, sales or business revenue.
Materials and permissions
You must be authorized to provide the website, content and access you submit. Use a secure channel for access credentials after scope agreement. Do not include third-party confidential, medical, financial or other sensitive personal records in the intake. You retain your materials; on payment, you may use the original deliverables produced for your agreed business purpose. Third-party assets, tools and open-source code retain their own licenses.
AI assistance and the free builder
AI may assist with drafting, research or development, with human review of the agreed deliverable. The free scope builder is a structured template and does not inspect your website or verify the accuracy of your estimates. You are responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it.

The business contact email is displayed in the request section. We open intake only after configuring contact details. Any order-specific business identity, tax treatment and applicable requirements must be included in the written scope before accepting payment.
