Privacy notice
TreeFrogAI is a service of NeoNue, operated by Aspir Technologies LLC DBA NeoNue. Effective October 26, 2026. This notice describes the current TreeFrogAI launch service.
Information you submit
The scope builder runs in your browser and does not submit its inputs. If you submit a service request, we store your name, email, optional website, problem description, consent timestamp and request reference so we can review the request and deliver agreed work. Do not submit passwords, confidential documents or private customer data.
How we use and store it
Requests are stored in the service database hosted on Hostinger and accessible through the password-protected owner studio. We use them to respond, agree scope, manage orders and deliver the service. They are not sold or used for an advertising audience. No marketing subscription is created by a request. Security and hosting logs may contain network identifiers and request metadata.
Payment processing and AI
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Card data does not pass through this app. We store order references, payment amounts and payment status. We may use AI to help draft or build the agreed deliverable; identifiable customer information is not automatically sent to AI providers by this application. Any later data integration requires a separate handling agreement.
Cookies and retention
The owner studio uses an essential session cookie expiring after eight hours. The public site has no analytics or advertising cookies. Unconverted requests should be reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Paid-order records may need longer retention for accounting obligations. The operator must apply retention and deletion requests manually; this app does not automatically delete records.
Contact and requests
Use the business contact email displayed on the request section to ask for access, correction or deletion. Intake is disabled until that address is configured. We may retain records needed for legal, accounting or dispute obligations. This initial notice must be updated if the actual operator, processing or providers change.
